I have always admired the delicate crepe paper ruffles that artists hand-make...by hand! I stocked up on some crepe paper and attempted to be "an artist"...by hand! I decided to try it tonight...
Well...once I made these ruffles I was on a roll! I had to continue my artistic play! I got a few witch hats a few weeks and have been wanting to embellish them. Well I used my new crepe paper HAND-MADE ruffle and embellished away!
