This is by far the CUTEST and most well-made tutu I have ever seen all the way down to the pointed-edging, cotton-waistband and dual-sided ribbon! I am not partial, I am not saying just because I carry them...although...I only buy the best and the chicest for T&T, but I am telling you because its true! I am frilled...I mean thrilled to be carrying these precious girlie girl goodies!
You may also recognize them from the recent press in COOKIE Magazine. Super Model Veronica Web and her 2 littles hit the high seas with the season's hippest fashions...tutus included of course!
